How it works from abroad

About three weeks in Mexico City, timed to your cycle

Your first consultation can be online. Stimulation starts with your period, so you plan your trip around it. With a fresh transfer, plan about three weeks. You pay each stage when it comes.

Fresh transferOne trip of about three weeks.
Frozen embryo transferUsually a second trip: about three weeks if all monitoring is in Mexico City, or about five days if you do part of it at home and come for the transfer.
Monitoring from home, guided by our doctors

We coordinate it remotely: we tell you exactly which tests you need, you send us your results, and our doctors review them before you travel.

Questions

What women ask us most

Who decides what happens to my embryos?

You do. Your embryos are stored in your name. Under Mexican law they're kept for at least five years, and discarding them or making any change takes the signature of the woman whose eggs they came from, and nobody else's.

Does IVF guarantee a pregnancy?

No, and no treatment can guarantee one. In your consultation, your doctor reviews your case and explains what to expect, with your tests and your medical history.

What is ICSI?

A way of fertilizing in the lab: a single sperm is placed directly inside each egg. At Hestia it's already included in IVF.

Do I pay in dollars?

Prices are set and billed in Mexican pesos. The dollar amounts on this page are approximate, at today's exchange rate, so the final charge depends on your bank.

Would you like us to call you?

Leave your details and we'll reach out to schedule your online consultation. It costs MX$1,800 (about US$97), and you're not asked to decide anything that day.

The consultation is to study your case and see your options. It isn't a treatment and doesn't commit you to one. If your case needs it, we send you a written plan and quote afterwards.
