Before you write to us

Can I message you on WhatsApp from the US or Canada?

Yes, at +52 55 1169 1320, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mexico City time. Over Wi-Fi or mobile data it costs nothing extra. If you write after hours, we reply the next business day.

Will the call cost me anything or commit me to anything?

No. It's to answer your questions and, if you'd like, book your consultation. The decision is yours, whenever you're ready to make it.

Do I need to travel for the first consultation?

No. The first consultation is online, by video, for US$97. You only travel to Mexico City if you decide to go ahead with a treatment.

Can I send you my tests before the consultation?

Yes. When you book, we tell you how to upload them so the doctor can review them before seeing you.

What happens with my information?

We use it only to contact you about what you asked for. You can read how we protect it in our Privacy Notice.
