Tania Romero
Book appointment
With a solid background and a deeply human perspective, Tania Romero is a psychologist graduated from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Xochimilco, with postgraduate studies in perinatal psychotherapy and feminist theory. Her work has focused on providing emotional support to women and pregnant individuals throughout different stages of their reproductive health—ranging from the desire to conceive, conception itself, perinatal or gestational loss, to the challenges of postpartum.
In addition to her clinical work, Tania is also a university professor and a certified infant massage instructor. She has led numerous emotional support circles and collective listening spaces, integrating a compassionate and respectful perspective that considers each woman’s life story and the social complexities surrounding motherhood. Her therapeutic approach is built on three pillars: active listening, absolute respect for each experience, and personal transformation through accompaniment. Thanks to her feminist lens, Tania brings a sensitive awareness to the structures that shape women’s emotional and mental health, offering support without judgment and validating every step of the journey.

At Hestia, having a specialist like Tania makes a significant difference in the experience of those undergoing fertility treatments, egg freezing, or simply seeking to care for their reproductive health. Her presence not only provides emotional tools, but also stability, clarity, and strength to navigate processes that are often invisible or misunderstood. Because when we speak of fertility, we also speak of desires, fears, and stories that deserve to be heard and held—with science, empathy, and care.
Tania is a key figure in ensuring that emotional care is recognized as a fundamental part of comprehensive wellbeing at Hestia. Thanks to her, many women find not only support but also a safe space where they can speak from the heart and move forward with confidence on their path to motherhood—whatever shape that path may take.
