Regina Irurita is a psychologist with a deep and human-centered training that comes through in every therapeutic encounter. A graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana, she is currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Psychology, strengthening a highly qualified and ever-evolving professional profile. Her systemic approach and perinatal specialization allow her to understand not only the individual experience of each woman or couple, but also the emotional and relational context surrounding reproductive processes.
Throughout her career, Regina has worked in various clinical and educational settings, supporting patients from childhood through adulthood. This experience has given her a unique sensitivity to the different stages of human development and the emotional challenges that may arise in each of them. She is currently part of the BabyBlues team, providing specialized psychotherapy to women undergoing fertility treatments, experiencing pregnancy loss, or navigating pregnancy and postpartum. In such intimate—and at times difficult—moments, her presence becomes a source of emotional clarity and support.

What sets Regina apart is her warmth, empathy, and ability to create a safe, trusting space where every woman can feel heard, understood, and accompanied. She doesn’t offer pre-made answers or empty phrases, but rather active listening without judgment and a genuine commitment to walk alongside those who place their trust in her.
Having a specialist like Regina Irurita at Hestia makes a real difference for those navigating the ups and downs of fertility. Because speaking about treatments like in vitro fertilization, egg preservation, or pregnancy after loss is not just about medicine—it’s about expectations, fears, invisible grief, and hope. Regina understands that complexity and transforms it into respectful, compassionate care.
Her work brings a fundamental dimension to the comprehensive care we offer at Hestia. In a process often filled with anxiety, uncertainty, or pain, having a perinatal psychologist trained in reproductive health not only supports patients’ emotional wellbeing—it also enhances their overall experience and treatment outcomes. Because when the body and mind are aligned, the journey to motherhood can be traveled with more strength, clarity, and love.
