Throughout her professional career, Alejandra has served as a primary point of contact for clients across their entire journey, from initial onboarding to ongoing follow-up. She has built long-term relationships based on trust while ensuring clear communication and effective coordination between clients and internal teams. Her experience also includes cross-functional collaboration, resolving complex situations, and improving processes based on the needs and feedback of the people she supports.
