Biologist and clinical embryologist with a strong academic background and a deep scientific vocation, Irene Jazmín Flores Baza is part of the Hestia Fertility team, bringing an integrative perspective that bridges clinical laboratory practice, research, and teaching. Her career is characterized by technical excellence, continuous professional development, and a comprehensive understanding of the biological processes underlying human reproduction.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UNAM and holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Science and Technology, with specialized training in high-complexity assisted reproduction techniques endorsed by the National Institute of Perinatology (INPer) and UNAM. Her professional experience includes active participation in over 150 assisted reproduction cycles and expertise in advanced procedures such as IVF, ICSI, embryo biopsy, oocyte and embryo vitrification and warming, embryo transfer, and specialized andrology techniques.
